23.8 inch full HD IPS panel non-glare
The MB249C is 23.8 inches in size, which is about the same size as a commonly used 24-inch monitor. I think it is a size that can be used without any problems not only for creating documents but also for gaming.
The resolution is 1,920 x 1,080 full HD, and the panel type is an IPS panel, which is said to have good color reproduction and beautiful colors. It is not ultra-high quality, but if you are fine with general image quality, this performance is sufficient.

The response speed is 5ms, which is not fast.
One disappointing point is the response time of 5ms. The latest gaming monitors have a response time of 1ms, so 5ms seems slow.
I don't think there will be any problems with it for desk work, but if you're using it for gaming and want something with a slightly faster response time, you might be better off looking elsewhere.

There is also a menu button for various settings such as brightness and mode change. I think the operation is not too difficult and easy to use.
You can adjust the brightness on your PC or in the game, but you can also adjust the brightness on the monitor.
You can also set contrast and saturation, which cannot be set in the game, so even those who are particular about the screen's color can use it with confidence.
Introducing the modes included

You can save up to four settings and easily load them. If you save them, you don't need to write down your favorite settings, so you can change them with peace of mind.
If the screen is not displayed, check the cable selection.
In the settings, there is a place to set whether video is input from the HDMI or USB-C port. Video can only be input from the selected port.
If you connect a device but there is no video input, check this setting.
Easy to carry at 2.8kg
It weighs just 2.8kg, which seems quite light. The kickstand can be used as a handle, making it easy to move it to another room in your home or office.
It's 23.8 inches in size, so it's not suitable for carrying around in a bag, but it might be good to take it in your car when staying away from home overnight.
I think it works well not only with PC but also with Nintendo Switch.
Stands on its own with a kickstand
The stand for this monitor is not the same as a regular monitor, it has a kickstand, which can be adjusted to any angle, unlike a regular upright monitor stand.
This kickstand allows you to freely adjust the screen angle between 12° and 60° to suit your chair height, light reflection, etc.
However, since the stand is wider than a normal monitor, it seems to have the disadvantage of requiring more space.

It can be extended to a maximum of 144mm, and the monitor can be rotated up to 90°.

Partitions are mainly found in offices, so they are recommended for people who want to place a monitor in a space-saving manner in the office.
This function cannot be used in places without partitions, so it's a shame that I probably won't use it at home.

On the side there are USB-C, HDMI ports and an earphone jack.
The USB-C port supports both power supply and video input, allowing it to function as a monitor with just one cable. Normally, two cables are required, a power cable and an HDMI cable, but with just one USB-C cable, it's easier to organize your desk.
Since it also supports HDMI, it can be used without any problems even when connecting devices that do not support video output via USB-C cable.

It also has a speaker, so you can hear the sound clearly without using earphones.
