Are you playing Splatoon 3?

Splatoon 3 has a ranking system called Rank, and I was able to reach the highest rank, S+50, in an early season.
Here are some weapons that I recommend for beginners!

Features of weapons recommended for beginners

Each Splatoon weapon has its own unique characteristics, such as range, bullet accuracy, sub, and special abilities, and I've chosen my personal recommendations based on these characteristics.

The range should not be too short or too long.

Range refers to the distance that the ink from the weapon can reach; if that distance is short, it is called a short range, and if it is long, it is called a long range.

With a short range weapon, even if you can see the enemy, it's difficult to get close, and you can't do what you want to do, and you can't get a kill. Short-range weapons require techniques such as hiding, so I think they're for advanced players.

Long-range weapons are more recommended than short-range weapons, but long-range weapons have characteristics such as "weak ink coverage" and "need to charge," making them difficult to use. If you can't get a kill with a weapon that has a weak ink coverage, it will put a lot of strain on your allies.
Also, if the enemy is using a weapon with a longer range than you, it will be difficult for them to move, making them even more difficult to use.

Therefore,Medium range is goodIt's easy to kill, easy to paint, and has no charge, so it's the easiest to use.

Sub-class bombs are recommended

In Splatoon 3's subBomb-type subsThe bombs that are recommended as subs are Splash Bomb, Cuban Bomb, Robot Bomb, Curling Bomb, and Tansan Bomb.
Although the bombs are small, they do paint a small amount of ground when they explode, and if you hit them well, you can get a kill. Even if you don't get a kill, it's easy to keep the enemy at bay, so it's easy to control the enemy's actions.

Another explosive sub is the Torpedo, but I don't recommend it.
It's easy to use as it automatically targets enemies, but if you start relying too much on the torpedo it will become a huge hindrance to your allies, so I think it's best not to use it until you've gained a certain level of skill.

Specials that can kill enemies at a distance are recommended.

I think specials have characteristics such as being easy to kill, having good ink coverage, and being more supportive.

Among them, I recommend specials that are easy to kill and can be used at a distance.
in particular"Ultra Shot", "Tornado", "Crab Tank", "Nice Ball", and "Megaphone Laser"It will be around that time.

If you can get kills by using things that are easy to kill with, it will be easier to push the front line.
If you can't get a kill, you won't have a chance to significantly advance the count, so to make it easier to create those opportunities, we recommend something that is easy to get a kill with.

Another reason why something that can aim at long distances is good is that it is effective against long-range weapons.
Weapons with overwhelming range will place you in a position where it is difficult to aim for a kill, so you will be at a considerable disadvantage if you are trying to aim for a kill in the normal way.
Even if you want to advance the count, you will be in a situation where you can't because of the long range. If you have a long-range special to break through that situation, you may be able to kill the enemy, or even if you don't, you can harass them.
This will give you more opportunities to advance the count.

We do not recommend support or assist type specials as they make it difficult to create such opportunities.

The recommended weapon is the Splattershot.

For these reasons, the Splattershot is the recommended weapon for beginners.

This weapon can be used from the beginning.
It has a medium range, average power, and average rate of fire and accuracy, so the weapon itself is quite well-balanced and easy to use.
The sub weapon is the Cuban Bomb, which takes a long time to explode, but has high power, so you can aim for a kill. It is easy to place it on top of the tower, so it is easy to take down enemies from the tower.
The special Ultra Shot is a little difficult to use and requires practice, but it has a long range, and once you get the hang of it, you can kill long-range weapons that are aimed at a distance. It feels great when you get a chance to get consecutive kills and advance the count.

lastly

There are other weapons I can recommend besides the Splattershot, but you will need tickets to obtain them, so I haven't chosen any here.

We encourage everyone to try using the Splattershot to improve their skill level.
If you're just starting out with Splatoon 3, you can't go wrong if you practice with the Splattershot.
