Resolution and Frame Rate
Since Nier Automata is an older title, the maximum resolution is 1920x1080p and the frame rate is 60fps.
Actual playing experience
I purchased the Steam version to play on my UL7C-R37, and the download went smoothly and I had no problems launching it.
Furthermore, Nier Automata has multiple endings, but at the time of writing this article, I have only seen one of them.
Operation is fine.
After starting it up, I didn't change any settings and just played with the default settings.
In that state, there were no problems such as stuttering or the game crashing.
Since the UL7C-R37 has a maximum refresh rate of 240Hz, the frame rate felt stable at 60fps while playing.
The in-game background music and character voices were played properly and there were no issues with them being inaudible.
The fan is noisy
When playing games on a PC, the noise caused by the fan spinning at high speed to dissipate heat is inevitably loud.
Furthermore, when using a laptop, it is difficult to play away from the PC itself, so the noise of the fan inevitably becomes a concern.
This game was no exception and, although not all the time, there were times when the fans would spin faster.
